SMASH & DASH 250 — EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket, registering for a car show, or entering the premises of the Smash & Dash 250 ("Event") held at the Utah Motorsports Campus ("Venue"), you ("Attendee") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to Attendee illness, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the Event. Tickets may only be transferred through official authorized channels, if applicable.
The Event date, times, schedule of activities, and billed lineup (including but not limited to participating YouTubers, drivers, and creators) are subject to change, delay, or cancellation without prior notice. The Smash & Dash 250 does not guarantee the appearance of any specific individual or vehicle. Lineup changes do not entitle the Attendee to a refund or exchange.
The Smash & Dash 250 is an outdoor event and operates on a "Rain or Shine" basis. The schedule is subject to alteration due to weather conditions. In the event of severe or dangerous weather, natural disasters, public health mandates, or other acts of God (Force Majeure) that require the Event to be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled, the Event organizers reserve the right to alter the schedule without issuing refunds.
WARNING: MOTORSPORTS ARE DANGEROUS.By attending the Event, Attendee acknowledges and willingly assumes all risks associated with attending a live motorsports and demolition derby event. These risks include, but are not limited to, flying debris, loud noises, exhaust fumes, and crowd movements, which may result in property damage, severe personal injury, hearing loss, or death.
Attendee completely releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Smash & Dash 250, Matt's Off-Road Games, Utah Motorsports Campus, participating creators, drivers, sponsors, and their respective staff and volunteers from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising out of Attendee's presence at the Event.
Participation in any interactive experiences—including but not limited to the Ultimate Drift Car Experience, UMC Go-Kart Track, and The Rock Crawl Experience—is purely voluntary. These activities carry inherent risks. Attendees wishing to participate will be subject to height/age restrictions and will be required to sign separate, activity-specific liability waivers on-site prior to participation.
The Event is heavily filmed for distribution on YouTube, social media, and other broadcast platforms. By entering the Venue, Attendee grants the Event organizers, participating creators, and their affiliates the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to film, photograph, and record the Attendee's voice, image, and likeness. Attendee agrees that this media may be used for commercial, promotional, and monetized content worldwide without compensation or prior approval.
Attendees must comply with all Venue rules. The Event reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, who fails to comply with Venue rules, or who appears intoxicated.
Outside alcohol, weapons, glass containers, and unauthorized drones are strictly prohibited. This is a family-friendly, non-alcoholic event. Outside food and coolers are not permitted; food trucks will be on-site.
Parking at the Venue is at the vehicle owner's own risk. The Event is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss to vehicles or their contents. Attendees registering vehicles in the Saturday Showcase Car Show also assume all risks for their displayed vehicles.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Smash & Dash 250 / Matt's Off-Road Recovery ("Sponsor"), 512 Sheep Lane, Grantsville, UT 84074. O'Reilly Auto Parts is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of this giveaway and is acting solely as a promotional host location.
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Matt's Off-Road Recovery, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Utah Motorsports Campus, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
The giveaway entry period begins on July 22, 2026, and concludes on September 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (MT).
Method:To enter, scan the QR code on the Smash & Dash 250 promotional poster located at a participating O'Reilly Auto Parts store (or visit smashanddash250.com/oreilly) and complete the online entry form in its entirety.
Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.
Marketing Consent: By submitting an entry, you explicitly consent to be subscribed to the Smash & Dash 250 email list and agree to receive email marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional communications from the Sponsor. You may opt out of these communications at any time after the giveaway concludes by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the emails.
Fifty (50) Winners will be selected. Each winner will receive two (2) 2-Day Adult Passes to the Smash & Dash 250 event, taking place on October 9–10, 2026, at the Utah Motorsports Campus.
ARV: The Approximate Retail Value of each prize package (two adult passes) is $150.00. Total prize pool value is $7,500.00.
Note: Prizes consist entirely of event admission. Travel, lodging, parking, and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted.
Drawing: Fifty (50) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on September 11, 2026.
Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form.
Claim Deadline: Winners must respond to the notification email to claim their tickets by September 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT (Midnight).
Alternate Winners: If a selected winner fails to claim their prize by the deadline, their tickets will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Matt's Off-Road Recovery, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Utah Motorsports Campus, participating drivers/creators, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes, including but not limited to travel to and from the event or participation in any prize-related activities.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
Any disputes arising out of this giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
