Load-in and load-out
Vendors may arrive starting at 9:00 AM Thursday, October 8, and load-in must be complete by noon Friday. Confirm load-out instructions with the event team before departing.
Arrival and site access
Vendor arrival and staff arrival are managed separately. Follow the instructions sent for your group when final arrival details are issued.
Water on site
Water sources will be available for vendors during the event weekend.
Friday restock window
The vendor-only restock window is Friday from 6:00–8:00 PM.
Compliance and security
There is no separate event vendor insurance requirement. Food vendors must follow normal food-safety rules and required inspections. Overnight security measures are in place.
