Load-in and load-out
Vendors may arrive starting at 9:00 AM Thursday, October 8, and load-in must be complete by noon Friday. The event ends at 6:00 PM Saturday; vendors may pack up and leave after 6:00 PM as they wish.

With 3 locations in New York we knew it was time to bring authentic New York pizza to Utah! We have had our pizzeria in the heart of South Jordan for 5 years and have been bringing our delicious pizza on wheels for 2 years. Our big red food truck is impossible to miss and hard to forget. We have a double brick oven that gives us the ability to make your pizza fresh every time! With huge slices at great prices we are a fan favorite in Salt Lake and Utah counties!

Arrival and site access
Vendor arrival and staff arrival are managed separately. Follow the instructions sent for your group when final arrival details are issued.
Water on site
Water sources will be available for vendors during the event weekend.
Friday restock window
The vendor-only restock window is Friday from 6:00–8:00 PM.
Compliance and security
There is no separate event vendor insurance requirement. Food vendors must follow normal food-safety rules and required inspections. Overnight security measures are in place.
